I had the day off and was very productive. Slept in, did some yard work, and then sneaker time. From 6 pm - 10pm Blends had their Re-Grand Opening. Guest Dj’s, drinks, and raffles is what happened.This was at the beginning of the night before it got packed.Juls nice pick on the Stone IPA keg!

One thing about a release or sneaker event i dig, is networking. This guy I just met named Raul, works for Apple in Fashion Valley. I can’t fron’t, his yellow foams broke

I finally got the chance to meet Mr. Alyasha Moore. The man responsible for the brand Alphanumeric A#. Chopped it up for a little bit and thanked him for doing the Pro B collab with Nike. I did get corrected on the man responsible for the release. Mr Drew Greer, not Jesse Leyva. And was told that the amount of shoes released were about 60-70 pairs of the 3M and Graphite lightning for the team, reps, and family. Wow! I never felt so embarrassed for being wrong on my info. I did do my research, but my sources were incorrect. Leave it up to the source itself to be true.

Red tickets were given out for black cement III’s, which you had to pay for($177) and blue tickets for random prizes(skate deck, trucks, modern warfare munnito ear pieces).The gal in the 2012 Air Maxes won a pair of black cements. Not in her size, but she was going to flip em’. Shout out to Freddie Joachim for giving up his ticket and me being able to get a pair of black cements. I grabbed an 8.5. It’s not my size, but i’ll try to trade someone for it. If you’re reading this Freddie, i dig the music that you make. Keep providing sounds brother!

Ran into a few of the Battle Star homies(Tanner, Cwitch, and Virus), and also nice to finally meet you Alissa! Yes, i did a double take, and was like hey.. you on.. LOLRan into an a classmate from high school, whom i haven’t seen since. This dude E.VIL, i used to work with at UPS. We’d talk about shoes for our entire shift,  forrealz! It’s good seeing folks that i haven’t seen in a long time. After we dip out, everyone wanted was hungry. We rendez vous at Lolita’s.
Our departing shoe circle for the evening. It was good to see everyone! Old, new, and not popular shoes are always welcomed. Variety makes things diverse, yes even with women.
